Video #1 Most tools in Illustrator are relatively straight forward when using them for basic things however, they can get more difficult as you use them in more advanced ways. For example, the video goes over how to use the pen tool. To simply make a straight line, all you have to do is click on two point and it will make a straight line connecting those two points. However, in order to make a curved line, it requires a lot more practice that I think will take me a longer time to fully learn. Video #2 One tool win this video I thought that was easy but useful was to hold shift while adjusting the size of text so that way it changes size proportionally. Another easy shortcut that she talks about is "Command + 2" to lock whichever object you have selected. This is very useful to prevent things such as a background from moving around.      The internet is a global network of interconnected computers that allows for the exchange of information. Vinton Cert and Robert Kahn are generally credited with the creation of the Internet. They founded it in on January 1st, 1983.     World Wide Web is an information system on the internet which allows documents to be connected to other documents by hypertext links, enabling users to search for information by moving from one document to the other. Tim Berners-Lee, a British scientist, founded WWW in 1989.  It was originally used by scientists as a way to share information. Now, it used by people all over the world to access information and communicate.      The World Wide Web and the internet are two different things that work side by side with each other.       I'm Chris Scheck and I am a freshman at the University of Tampa. I am from Ridgefield, Connecticut and I enjoy watching and playing sports in my free time.  I'm currently majoring in sports management and I hope to land an internship in this field in the near future.      I am very interested to see what this digital media course has to offer. I decided to enroll in this class because I believe that skills such as photoshop are important to have across many different careers. I also just think that learning these digital media skills will be a good challenge.
